Statement: I never really knew what I wanted to do when I grew up until I painted for the first time at a sip-n-paint around the age of 50, and I haven't stopped since! I'm enjoying the journey as I go from painting realism and impressionism, to abstract all in watercolor, acrylic and mixed media. I'm inspired by the beauty reflected in all of God's creation, such as the crazy love I see in my little dog's eyes, my husband's joyful smile, the unique orchids he grows, and rusty weathered objects just to name a few.
